They sit in four parts of the region: the Uintah Basin near Dinosaur National Monument, Central Utah near Capitol Reef, Southern Utah in Santa Clara, and the Idaho side of Bear Lake in Fish Haven.

Where the big homes are
Dino Trails, Jensen, Utah (Uintah Basin). Two lodges of themed suites: the North Lodge sleeps 40, the South Lodge sleeps 41, and both together sleep 81. Each lodge has a clubhouse with a kitchen, dining area and game loft, plus playgrounds, grills and a firepit. The Warehouse event center can be added after booking. Minutes from Dinosaur National Monument.
Thousand Lake Lodge, Lyman, Utah (Central Utah / Capitol Reef). Sleeps 50 across a lodge, 3 suites and 7 cabins, with a commercial kitchen, dining room, game room, year-round hot tub and a lighted sport court.
Paradise Village 3, Santa Clara, Utah (Southern Utah). Sleeps 32 in 6 bedrooms, with a private backyard hot tub, a game room with a pool table and access to the community pools.
Glenn Haven and Summit Paradise, Fish Haven, Idaho (Bear Lake). Glenn Haven sleeps 60 on 40 acres with a private hot tub, ATV trails and a theater. Summit Paradise sleeps 32 with lake views and access to The Reserve's pools, clubhouse and private beach.

Which homes sleep 30 or more guests?
Dino Trails (up to 81 with both lodges, or 41 in the South Lodge and 40 in the North Lodge) in Jensen, Utah; Glenn Haven (60) and Summit Paradise (32) in Fish Haven, Idaho, on the Idaho side of Bear Lake; Thousand Lake Lodge (50) in Lyman, Utah, near Capitol Reef; and Paradise Village 3 (32) in Santa Clara, Utah.
Can we book the whole property so it is just our family?
Yes. Each home on this page is booked as a whole for your group. At Dino Trails you can book the North Lodge, the South Lodge or both lodges together. At Thousand Lake Lodge the whole-property booking includes the lodge, all three suites and all seven cabins.
Is there space to eat together?
Dino Trails has a clubhouse with a full kitchen and dining area at each lodge. Thousand Lake Lodge has a commercial kitchen and a dining room. Glenn Haven, Summit Paradise and Paradise Village 3 each have a full kitchen in the home.
Is there a minimum stay?
Minimum stays are set per home and can change by arrival date. The current minimum for Dino Trails is 3 nights. Pick your dates on any home page to see the minimum and a live price.
Can we bring more people than one home sleeps?
