A retreat works best when everyone sleeps, meets and eats in one place. Each lodge here is booked by one group, so there are no other guests on site.
The Warehouse at Dino Trails. A large event center in Jensen, Utah with tables, chairs, speakers and an upstairs DJ booth, connected to the North Lodge clubhouse. It is an optional add-on after booking, for conferences, team dinners and celebrations. Book the North Lodge (40 guests), the South Lodge (41) or both (81).
Thousand Lake Lodge, Lyman, Utah. Sleeps 50 across a lodge, 3 suites and 7 cabins near Capitol Reef National Park, with a commercial kitchen, dining room, game room, hot tub, lighted sport court and fast WiFi.
Glenn Haven, Fish Haven, Idaho. Sleeps 60 on 40 acres on the Idaho side of Bear Lake, with a theater, hot tub, private ATV trails and 25-car parking.

Is there a meeting or event space?
Yes, at Dino Trails in Jensen, Utah. The Warehouse is a large event center with tables, chairs, speakers and an upstairs DJ booth. It connects to the North Lodge clubhouse and can be added as an optional add-on after you book the lodging. Ask us about it in the group inquiry form.
How many people can stay on site?
Dino Trails sleeps up to 81 with both lodges, Glenn Haven up to 60, Thousand Lake Lodge up to 50, and Summit Paradise and Paradise Village 3 up to 32 each.
Is there WiFi for work sessions?
All of these homes list WiFi. Thousand Lake Lodge lists fast WiFi, and Dino Trails, Glenn Haven and Thousand Lake Lodge list a laptop-friendly workspace.
Can the team eat together?
Thousand Lake Lodge has a commercial kitchen and a dining room. Each Dino Trails lodge has a clubhouse with a full kitchen and a large dining area. Glenn Haven and Summit Paradise have full kitchens in the home.
How do people get there?
Dino Trails is about 20 minutes from Vernal Regional Airport, which has daily flights to Salt Lake City. The other homes are reached by car. Dino Trails has parking for large groups, trailers and event vehicles, Thousand Lake Lodge has room for trailers, boats and RVs, and Glenn Haven has 25-car parking.
Are events allowed?
Events need to be shared with us and approved in advance. At Thousand Lake Lodge, weddings and events are welcome with advance approval. Dino Trails offers The Warehouse for events.
